The room was great, the price was great, the staff was wonderful.
I didn't like that there was a charge to use wireless internet. That was the only thing I didn't like about our stay.
Very chill, awesome food downstairs.
Busy traffic, long wait for valet.
The location and its casino
Room was nice. Staff courteous and friendly.
Couldn't get away from the dank smoke smell prevalent throughout the parts of the facility we visited. Also, the entry from the parking garage was filthy.
It was the only hotel available at the time I made the reservation.
They leave a bottle of water in your room, if you use it, its another $4, the room was under $200 the first night and over $300 the second night.
We had a great time.enjoyed the food.Room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. Located close to the zoo and the old market.
Didnt like that they held an additional deposit of 50 dollars a night out of my bank acount for 3 days after my stay. Really adds up if you stay for a while. Good thing my boyfriend had money or I wouldn't of had money to get home.
Understaffed at desk and valet
Horn prong your rate
Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Very good value.
Stairs and sidewalk to parking were dirty, not well swept. Inside was nice and we'll cared for.
Staff did respond to our complaint about dirty bathroom
Reservation /room not available when arrived as promised. Restaurant closed due to an engineering problem
Location is amazing with river and old bridge right there and the view of downtown omaha is awesome!
Pillows in room were very very uncomfortable
Dinner at 360 was wonderful!
No coffee shop for a bite of breakfast.
Friendly staff. We were able to check out an hour later without a charge.
The microwave was not in the room and the coffee maker was in the bathroom. The golf view faced the parking lot.
The room was very nice and the bed comfortable although the throw pillow size pillows were disappointing.
The smoke was just terrible in every area except your room. The non-smoking section in the casino consisted of 15 old school machines that were butted up right next to all the smoking allowed slots. I saw people wearing face masks so they could stay and play. I'll be saving my gambling trips for states that have kept up with the times and gone smoke free. And what was with the security guards making sure you didn't bring your own bottled water in? There was also a hidden $10 resort fee that was not on the room when I reserved it through Booked.net.
Staff greeted us in the hallways.
I paid significantly more for my second night because it was Friday. We would enjoy free or reduced rate breakfast.
